FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY
United Way of the Lakeshore is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, governed locally by a volunteer Board of Directors. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and transparency in the stewardship of donor dollars.
We maintain strong internal controls and separation of duties to safeguard resources. No staff member has the ability to process a financial transaction from start to finish, ensuring checks and balances at every step.
ANNUAL REPORT
