Balanced & Restorative Justice (Muskegon)

• Balanced and Restorative Justice asks individuals to repair the harm caused by their behavior, learn the impact of their actions and take direct responsibility.  In Muskegon County, we use various techniques (panels, mediation, accountability sessions) in family, court, school and community situations where relationships can be damaged by behavior.

Family Mediation (Muskegon & Oceana)

• We provide mediation for families in Muskegon County.  Mediation is a private way to resolve issues that can improve communication and lessen resentment; for example custody, parenting time, and child protection issues.
