Lights on After School/ Pathfinders
Pathfinders is a youth program that serves youth ages 8-17. Our mission is to help youth find their path in life. We do this by providing programs that focus on literacy through poetry, creative writing and the arts. Pathfinders also serves as a agency that connects identified at risk youth and their families to other local agencies and resources. We also engage youth through afterschool program, community outreach and mental health and wellness.
